Updated October 13, 2026. Toxic Check is an application from Trinzyz Software, intended for adults ages 18 and older.
What we process
When you submit a conversation, our AI service reads the text or screenshot you provide to produce a communication analysis. To enforce the two-free-scans-per-24-hours limit, we use keyed hashes of IP address and a 30-day same-site browser cookie; usage events are removed after 30 days. Previous paid scan-pass records are kept only as required for redemption and audit. Account-linked scan-credit balances, credit movements, Stripe purchase references and premium Comeback unlock statuses are stored to prevent double spending and verify payments. Those credit records do not contain screenshots or private conversation transcripts. Aggregate marketing measurement may include event counts, campaign and country without private conversation content.
Storage and sharing
Our app stores generated reports (which may contain submitted excerpts) for seven days from the check, then schedules removal from the app database in a daily cleanup. Removal can take up to roughly one additional day after expiration. Generated premium Comeback replies are removed when their associated report expires. Service providers may retain independent processing logs or backups according to their own policies. We never automatically publish chats. Social exports create an image on your device and use signal labels instead of screenshot contents, names, or quotes; please review your image before posting.
The optional Drama Log
When you select Save Result, your browser's local storage stores the nickname you entered, the date, score and up to three signal labels. We do not sync this local journal into your account or store original texts, photos or screenshots in it. You can remove single entries or clear the entire journal in the app. Clearing browser data may also erase it; someone with access to the same browser profile may see it.
Service providers
Floot provides hosting and AI processing, Google-based sign-in handles member authentication, and Stripe processes payments. Payment card information is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and is not stored by Toxic Check.
Your choices
You can try two free analyses without an account, but credit packs and Unlimited require sign-in to protect purchased access. Please remove identifiers where possible and only upload material you are authorized to use. Sharing and Drama Log saving are opt-in.
