Use and limitations
Toxic Check provides AI-generated observations about communication patterns for educational and personal reflection only. Results are not medical or psychological diagnoses, therapy, legal opinions, or safety assessments. AI can make mistakes and cannot determine a person's intent from a conversation alone.
Plans
Two basic AI text or screenshot scans are free per rolling 24-hour period per visitor/browser/IP, subject to pilot capacity. 5 Scan Credits cost $4.99 USD and 15 Scan Credits cost $9.99 USD, each as a one-time purchase requiring a signed-in account. One credit covers one premium AI conversation scan after your free allowance or unlocks both specialized Comeback Generator tones for one report. Credits do not expire while your account remains active, but cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Failed AI actions automatically refund a spent credit when our service detects the failure. Existing purchased $1.99 single-scan passes or premium reports may still be redeemed under their original terms, but new single-scan checkout sales are discontinued.
Toxic Check Unlimited is $6.99 USD/month and includes unlimited AI text and screenshot checks, premium response tones and custom persona tuning while active, subject to fair use, service availability, and misuse prevention. Existing subscribers on an earlier $9.99 plan retain access at their current Stripe rate until they elect to change or cancel it; no automatic downgrade or new fee is applied. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed at Stripe checkout.
Managing a subscription
Sign in and select Manage membership to open the secure Stripe billing portal, update your payment information, or cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your already-paid billing period. For billing problems and refund requests, contact toxiccheck@agentmail.to. Requests are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law.
Local history and sharing
The optional Drama Log stores manually saved contact nicknames, scores, dates and signal labels in browser storage, not in your account. Browser clearing and private mode can erase it. Social exports omit source messages by default. Sharing or sending content from the device is always an explicit user choice.
Responsible use
Only submit content you have permission to use. Do not use this service to identify, threaten, harass, dox, or expose others. Access may be subject to reasonable usage limits and temporary interruptions. AI results are not clinical assessments or reliable predictions about people.
